These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the pk939 platform. Please read them carefully and in full before registering an account or placing any wager. By using pk939, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, to register or place bets on pk939. Age verification is required. Players who are legally prohibited from gambling in their jurisdiction must not use this platform.
Each individual may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of funds and permanent suspension. Account credentials must not be shared with or transferred to any other person.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, time limits and eligible game restrictions. Bonus terms are stated before opt-in. Failure to meet conditions within the specified period results in bonus forfeiture.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, compliance review and applicable processing times. pk939 does not guarantee specific processing speeds. Payment method availability depends on operator policy and applicable regulations.
Fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, use of automated systems (bots), exploitation of technical errors and abuse of bonus schemes are strictly prohibited. pk939 reserves the right to suspend accounts and withhold funds pending investigation of suspected violations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk939 holds its operating licence. They do not constitute advice on Pakistani gambling law. Players are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", "you") and pk939 (the "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pk939 online gaming platform available at pk939.cam (the "Site").
pk939 is an English-language online gaming platform designed for players in Pakistan and other jurisdictions where access is permitted under applicable law. The Platform offers sports betting, live casino games, slots, table games, esports and instant games.
By accessing the Site, registering an account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.
Pakistan Legal Notice: pk939 does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence and makes no claim of approval by the Government of Pakistan, PTA, State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority. Pakistan has significant gambling restrictions including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. These Terms do not constitute legal advice. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their participation complies with all laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.
In these Terms, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
To register an Account and use the Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
pk939 takes age verification seriously. We reserve the right to request identity documentation at any time. If a Player is found to be underage, all Wagers will be declared void, all funds will be returned to the extent possible, and the Account will be permanently closed. No winnings from underage play will be paid under any circumstances.
Each individual may register only one Account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts (whether under the same or different identities) is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and potential forfeiture of all associated balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share these with any other person. pk939 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].
pk939 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary or permanent Account restrictions.
pk939 supports a range of deposit methods available to Pakistani players. Familiar payment infrastructure such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah may be referenced for contextual familiarity; however, the actual availability of specific payment methods is subject to operator policy and applicable regulations at the time of deposit. These providers do not endorse or support pk939.
The Platform operates with a PKR-native interface. Account balances, deposit amounts and wagering figures are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) where applicable. Deposits made in alternative currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
Minimum deposit amounts are set by the Platform and may vary depending on the payment method selected. Current minimum deposit thresholds are displayed within the Account deposit section. pk939 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit requirements at any time with reasonable notice.
Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts (unless verified), or anonymous payment methods are not permitted. pk939 may return deposits that cannot be traced to a verified account holder.
Deposited funds are held for gaming purposes only. pk939 does not pay interest on Account balances. Funds are not insured by any Pakistani financial authority or government scheme.
Withdrawal of funds requires that your Account has successfully completed KYC verification and that your Account is in good standing with no pending investigations, disputes or compliance holds. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. pk939 reserves the right to require withdrawal via an alternative method where necessary for compliance, fraud prevention or operational reasons.
pk939 aims to process withdrawal requests in a timely manner. However, processing times are subject to the payment provider's own timelines, KYC completion status and any ongoing compliance review. pk939 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing speeds and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Account withdrawal section. These limits may be adjusted at pk939's discretion. Players with active Responsible Gambling withdrawal limits in place will have those limits applied in accordance with their own account settings.
An Account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity with a positive real-money balance. pk939 may apply a dormancy administration fee of PKR 500 per month or the remaining balance (whichever is lower) to dormant accounts, following prior written notice to the registered email address.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional rewards offered by pk939 are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the point of offer. These terms include but are not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit amount, wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings and offer expiry dates.
Wagering requirements state the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified) must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages are stated in the individual bonus terms.
pk939 operates zero tolerance toward bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing offsetting bets (hedging) to circumvent wagering requirements, and using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent. pk939 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and any derived winnings, and to suspend Accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
pk939 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the Site or by email where feasible. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of amendment will be notified of material changes.
pk939 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds or outcomes being displayed. All bets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event or game type.
Sports betting markets — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, ICC tournaments, bilateral cricket series, football leagues and UFC events — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and competition. In the event of disputes regarding the outcome or settlement of a market, the decision of pk939's trading team is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.
Casino, live dealer and slot games are governed by the rules of the individual game as provided by the relevant software supplier. pk939 facilitates access to these games but is not responsible for the rules or outcomes of games operated by third-party providers. Random Number Generator (RNG) games use certified software; return-to-player (RTP) percentages are provided in individual game information panels where available.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection or system error during a game or bet, pk939 will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected bet or game round may be declared void and stakes refunded. pk939 is not liable for losses arising from third-party technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, you must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering a new account. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms.

All content on the pk939 Platform — including but not limited to the pk939 brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software and documentation — is the property of pk939 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from pk939.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk939 shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure, net of any applicable pending bonus conditions, will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method following KYC confirmation and compliance review.
pk939 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: you breach these Terms; we have reason to suspect fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity; we are required to do so by a regulatory, legal or compliance obligation; or continued access poses a risk to the integrity or security of the Platform.
Upon Account termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct and governing law survive termination of these Terms.
pk939 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a prominent notice on the Site and, where practicable, by email to your registered address. The revised Terms will state the date of the most recent review.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must close your Account before they take effect.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk939 holds its operating licence.
These Terms do not constitute legal advice regarding Pakistani law. Players located in Pakistan must satisfy themselves as to the legality of their participation under applicable local legislation, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other relevant statute or regulation.
